Crafted in small batches in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, our mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to embrace eating with intention. All of our products are plant-based, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, nutrient-dense and packed with superfoods. We are a passionate team of individuals dedicated to mindfully crafting functional snacks without compromising taste.

At Hear Me “Raw” we are always searching, challenging and doing. We strive to be 1% better every day in our sourcing, production, company culture, sustainability, industry partnerships and impeccable customer service. We are currently sold in Alberta stores and our goal is to expand Canada-wide in 2022 to make nutrition and healthy snacks convenient for everyone.

 

About Rae-Lynne:

Hi, I'm Rae-Lynne, creator and expert energy ball roller for Hear Me "Raw". My health journey started years ago when I hired a trainer, lost 100lbs and won a Northern Alberta Bodybuilding Championship. When I changed my lifestyle I developed a deep passion for how good you can feel when you fuel your body with the right foods. I became a personal trainer myself and helped others become the best versions of themselves for over 15 years.

After a few unexpected life events, I moved to Costa Rica. While there, I couldn't find any snacks in the stores that met my nutritional requirements. Using my knowledge of medicinal foods and superfoods I started creating my own energy balls and protein bars. Friends encouraged me to sell my homemade snacks so I would take my bike and my cooler and that was the start of my newest business.

A few years ago I moved to Canmore, Alberta and brought my functional food snack recipes with me!
